Supporting people through the journey of life is what I do and love.
Core to my worldview is a commitment to meeting both tragedy and triumph with the understanding that all experiences ultimately offer us doorways to deeper meaning, connection and fulfillment.

Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Registered Psychological Counsellor, I’ve provided professional mental health support in various contexts over the last 10 years. I’m invested in holistic wellbeing and embrace a mind-body approach to my work. In 2020, I undertook a 2-year post-graduate training in Mindfulness-Based Interventions for healthcare professionals through the Institute for Mindfulness in South Africa (IMISA) and Stellenbosch University, to better understand the application of mindfulness meditation as a therapeutic modality, as well as to deepen my own longstanding meditation practice.
I value warmth, authenticity, kindness and practicality in my approach, prioritising the relationship with my clients above all else. It is from this place of authentic relating that I believe healing begins and is sustained.
I draw on various frameworks and therapeutic modalities, most notably: Mindfulness-Based Stress
Reduction (MBSR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychosomatic approaches, Existentialism, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), among others.

I welcome curiosity and an openness to connect – please get in touch so we can see if there’s a ‘good fit’ for us to work together.
